Orders
How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our website, select the items you'd like to purchase, and add them to your basket. When you're ready, proceed to our secure checkout and follow the steps to complete your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been processed or dispatched yet, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
All orders are prepared and dispatched from our UK-based warehouse.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the shipping option you choose at checkout:
Β· Economy Shipping: 5 to 8 business days (Free)
Β· Standard Shipping: 3 to 4 business days (Β£15)
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may be longer during busy periods, public holidays, or due to courier delays outside our control.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Where tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging where possible.
How do I request a return?
To start a return, simply contact us at contact@MyEcoBaby.uk with your order number and the details of the item you wish to return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with clear instructions on how to send the item back.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

What payment methods do you accept?

Are product images accurate?
We do our best to display product images as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.
Are all items in stock?
Product availability is clearly shown on each product page and is updated regularly. If an item is out of stock, you may have the option to be notified when it becomes available again.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you don't need an account. You can complete your purchase as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, view your purchase history, and manage your preferences more easily.
